Founded in 2016, Pay@Cloud was born out of a shared vision by four passionate developers with extensive experience in designing and implementing HR and Payroll systems for various companies. Recognizing the growing need for a more efficient, flexible, and comprehensive solution to manage human resources and payroll processes, these individuals combined their expertise to create a platform that simplifies HR operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Our Story
Pay@Cloud’s journey began in 2016 when our founders—seasoned experts in HR and payroll system development—recognized the shortcomings of traditional HR management tools. They witnessed firsthand the challenges companies faced, from outdated manual processes to inefficient data management systems that often resulted in costly errors and compliance risks. Driven by a shared vision to create a transformative solution, they came together to develop a platform designed to address these critical issues.
That same year, the team launched the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), focusing on core functionalities: payroll processing, basic HR management, and time and attendance tracking. This marked the beginning of Pay@Cloud’s mission to revolutionize HR and payroll operations.
In 2017, Pay@Cloud secured its first client—a significant milestone that validated the platform’s potential. Building on this success, Version 2 was released, featuring a fully integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to deliver a more comprehensive solution for businesses.
From 2018 to 2019, Pay@Cloud continued its growth trajectory, adding essential modules such as Time and Attendance Management, Recruitment, employee self-service portal, and Performance Management. These enhancements broadened the platform’s capabilities, enabling it to meet the diverse and evolving needs of businesses across industries.
In 2020, Pay@Cloud expanded its reach with the launch of its mobile application, empowering businesses and employees to manage HR and payroll processes anytime, anywhere.
